Most skin tightening treatments work at or just below the surface. Ultherapy® does something no other non-invasive treatment can: it reaches and treats the foundational structural layer beneath the skin — the same deep layer that a surgeon addresses during a facelift.

Using microfocused ultrasound energy, Ultherapy® bypasses the skin's surface entirely and delivers precise heat to exactly the depth required. The thermal effect triggers the body's own collagen and elastin renewal at that structural level, producing a genuine lift from within — not just surface-level tightening.

Ultherapy® targets the areas most associated with the visible progression of facial ageing — where skin begins to lose its structural hold and gravity takes over. Treatment areas include the full face and brow, the jawline and jowls, the neck and under the chin, and the décolletage.

It is particularly effective where laxity has become the primary concern: the softening of the jawline, the heaviness around the eyes and brow, the loosening of the neck.

Results are visible from around three months after treatment and continue to improve for up to six months. Most patients maintain their results for a year to eighteen months, with many choosing a maintenance treatment annually to sustain the lift.

Ultherapy® is a single-session treatment with no downtime. Most treatments take between 60 and 90 minutes for the face and neck, or around 30 minutes for the décolletage alone. During treatment you will feel warmth and a tingling sensation as the energy is delivered — this is the collagen-building process beginning.

Most patients return to normal activities immediately. Some mild, temporary redness or a slight sensation of tenderness may occur in the hours after treatment, but there are no restrictions and no recovery period required.
