ResurFX™ is a fractional non-ablative laser treatment that works beneath the surface of the skin to stimulate deep collagen renewal, improving texture, softening scarring, and progressively rebuilding skin quality.

ResurFX™ uses a 1565nm Er:Glass fractional laser to deliver precise micro-beams of energy into the dermis — the deeper structural layer of the skin. These controlled columns of thermal energy trigger the skin’s natural healing response, stimulating the production of new collagen and elastin fibres without disrupting the skin’s surface.
The result is gradual but genuine skin remodelling: improved texture, reduced visibility of scars and fine lines, greater elasticity, and an overall improvement in skin density and quality that continues to develop in the weeks following treatment.
Because the treatment is non-ablative — meaning the skin’s surface remains intact — downtime is minimal compared to ablative resurfacing methods.
The concerns it addresses.
ResurFX™ is most effective for acne scarring and other surface scarring, skin texture irregularities, fine lines and early wrinkles, stretch marks, and skin laxity where texture improvement is the primary goal.
It is a good choice for patients who want meaningful resurfacing results but cannot accommodate the recovery period associated with ablative treatments such as deep chemical peels or CO₂ laser.
From consultation to results.
Treatment takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes for a full face. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand. During treatment, most patients experience a mild heat sensation as the laser is delivered. Redness and slight warmth immediately after treatment are normal and typically settle within 24 hours.
A course of three to five sessions at monthly intervals is recommended for best results. Improvement is visible after the first session and accumulates progressively over the course of treatment.
