Dr John Tanqueray - Founder & Clinical Lead
Dr John Tanqueray founded Mulberry House Clinic in 2003. He trained in medicine at Cambridge University and spent years as a General Practitioner before leaving the NHS in 2015 to focus entirely on aesthetic medicine — a field he had been developing alongside his GP practice for over a decade.
His area of particular expertise is the assessment and treatment of the ageing face. The approach he has developed over more than 20 years is built on subtlety: restoring what has been lost rather than adding what was never there, and producing results that patients notice for how well they look rather than what has been done.
Dr Tanqueray is a trainer for Merz Pharmaceuticals and has trained plastic surgeons, doctors and nurses in botulinum toxin, dermal fillers and prescription skincare on behalf of manufacturers including Allergan, Merz, IBSA and ZO Skin Health. He is one of the most experienced practitioners in the UK with Tixel and is involved in clinical education around its use. He oversees all clinical programmes and conducts annual skin health reviews for patients on the House Treatment Plan.

Jenna Johnston - Skin Therapist
Jenna has over 20 years of experience in medical-aesthetic and laser clinics, with a career that spans some of the region's most respected practices. She is the clinic's lead practitioner for Tixel, IPL and laser-based treatments.
Jenna began her career in 2004, quickly moving into the specialist clinical side of aesthetics. She spent four years at sk:n Northampton, specialising in laser hair removal, acne management and chemical peels, and became lead clinician for tattoo removal in the Milton Keynes area. She subsequently worked at The Gatehouse Clinic and The Paddocks Clinic alongside plastic surgeons — an experience that gave her an unusually complete picture of aesthetic medicine across both surgical and non-surgical pathways.
Her passion is skin health and restoration — particularly the treatment of acne, scarring, rosacea and sun damage, where her combination of clinical knowledge and practical experience produces results that are both visible and lasting.
