LED light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to support the skin’s natural repair and renewal processes. Red light stimulates collagen production and soothes inflammation. Blue light targets acne-causing bacteria and normalises oil production. Near-infrared light works at a deeper level to accelerate healing, reduce pigmentation and support tissue repair.
